For many guests, good food is an essential part of a memorable holiday. At Pension Maria, the focus is on culinary tradition, authentic flavours and a pleasant atmosphere. Using regional ingredients, careful preparation and a genuine enjoyment of cooking, we accompany your stay in the Dolomites with simple, honest cuisine.

Delicacies From morning till night

Your day begins with a generous breakfast, offering everything you need for a good start. Homemade cakes, fresh bread, South Tyrolean speck, egg dishes and other regional products are served in a calm and welcoming setting.

In the evening, we offer varied four-course menus that combine traditional South Tyrolean and Ladin specialities with Mediterranean influences, accompanied by selected wines from South Tyrol and Italy. Our chef, Günther, places great emphasis on seasonal ingredients and careful preparation. Meals are enjoyed together in a calm ambience – just as it should be on holiday.

During the summer months, we also host a weekly barbecue evening, depending on the weather, as an alternative to the regular dinner.
