Arrive, take a deep breath and feel at ease: an easy-going holiday begins with a place you where you love to retreat. The rooms at Pension Maria are bright, quiet and comfortably furnished, offering just the right setting after an active day in the Dolomites.

All our rooms are well maintained and thoughtfully equipped. Many feature a balcony with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The interiors combine traditional materials such as natural spruce wood with modern comfort. Facilities include a bathroom with shower or bath/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, safe, desk, seating area and free Wi-Fi throughout the house. Everything is designed to ensure restful nights and a relaxed start to the day.

Prices

All prices are per person per day and include half board. Rates vary depending on room category, season and length of stay.

Local tax

A local tourist tax of €3.10 per person (aged 14 and over) per day is charged in addition to the room rate and is payable on site.

Discounts & supplements

  • Children staying in their parents’ room: 0–2.99 years: 40% reduction - 3–7.99 years: 30% reduction - 8–11.99 years: 20% reduction

  • Short stays: For stays of fewer than 3 nights, a supplement of €4.00 to €30.00 per person per day applies.

  • Room with breakfast: If booking room with breakfast only, the price is reduced by €7.00 per day.

Single occupancy

Double rooms for single use are available on request and subject to availability.

Pets

Pets are unfortunately not allowed in our guesthouse.

Arrival & departure

Check-in is from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. On departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 am. If you wish to leave later, luggage storage is available. If you plan to arrive after 7.00 pm, please let us know in advance.

Travel insurance

We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover your holiday.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations are never pleasant – for you or for us.

  • Up to 1 month before arrival: no cancellation fee

  • From 1 month before arrival: the deposit will be converted into a voucher

  • From 1 week before arrival: 50% of the booked stay will be charged
